Andrew Hartley joined Third500 in July 2020, as Managing Director based in Singapore. Initially joining CLSA in Hong Kong, he managed multiple Institutional client relationships along with the Global Institutional Client Management function providing Asia-Pacific coverage to pensions, sovereign wealth, hedge funds and family offices. In his final year with the firm, he was appointed to the Group Executive Committee and Group Head of Institutional Equities driving the Sales, Trading and Research departments prior to management integration with Citic Securities. For over 10 years, he was an active member of the SGX Securities Advisory Committee and in 2009 was a member of the MAS Capital Markets Committee. Prior to CLSA, he worked for DMR Consulting (now Fujitsu Consulting) and started his financial services career with Westpac Banking Corporation and holds a Diploma of Management from Deakin University, Australia. He is the co-founder of Singapore Asset Management Brokers Awards, a charitable non-profit organization supporting charities across ASEAN.
Scott Duncan is Managing Director of Third500 based in Singapore. Mr. Duncan is responsible for the sell side of the business, predominantly to private banks, UHNWI’s and family offices. He has been based in Singapore for 26 years, primarily working in the private wealth management sector for banks such as Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, and J. Safra Sarasin, where he was Vice-Chair. Mr. Duncan brings a wealth of Asian knowledge, experience, and client base to the team of Third500. He spent most of his youth traveling between Scotland, Canada, and Jersey in the Channel Islands, where he graduated from Highlands College as part of the Chartered Institute of Banking Program in Business and Finance.
